| With the chrism of pioneering work the Divine Word Missionaries set foot in the virgin soil of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1972. Since then we have been catering to the pastoral, social and economical needs of the people of Andhra Pradesh, irrespective of caste and creed. We have also given top priority for communication Apostolate for we have felt the necessity of this media for our evangelical work. I am happy to bring your kind notice that this communication apostate started functioning from 1982 and with our audio visual equipments we have traveled around to the different districts namely Medak, Nalgonda and Nizambad of Andhra Pradesh for evangelical proclamation. Currently this commutation centre is situated in the heart of the missions and I have planned to reach out to many more villages in Andhra Pradesh. |
